What To Expect
Nurse-Family Partnership is a free home-visiting program for women who are pregnant for the first time. A specially trained nurse will meet with you in your home or wherever you want to meet, throughout your pregnancy and until your child turns two. Our goal is to support you during your first pregnancy, because we know that becoming a mom for the first time can be overwhelming. Your nurse can help you with any challenges you may be facing as a new parent. Together you will identify your strengths as a new mom and your nurse can connect you with other community resources. The Nurse-Family Partnership can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a well-developed, happy and safe baby.
