What to expect
Nurse-Family Partnership is a free home-visiting program for women who are pregnant for the first time. A specially trained nurse will meet with you throughout your pregnancy until your child turns two. Our goal is to support you during your first pregnancy, because we know that becoming a mom for the first time can be overwhelming. Your nurse can help you with any challenges you may be facing as a new parent. Together you will identify your strengths as a new mom and your nurse can connect you with other community resources. The Nurse-Family Partnership can help you have a healthy pregnancy and a well-developed, happy baby.
