You can read this manual before taking the test. Testing is available Monday - Thursday at our main office, upstairs, from 8-3:30 Cost $10. NOTE: Off site test takers must submit the certificate and $10 payment within 30 days to the health district to receive a Food Worker Card.

 

    Please do not bring food or children with you to the test site.
