To improve the health status of individuals and the communities within Chelan

and Douglas Counties through the promotion of health and the prevention and protection from communicable disease, injury, and environmental hazards.

Chelan-Douglas Health District, through the process of public education

and outreach within our communities, is a highly effective and vital

organization, striving to deliver to and engage the community in the

pursuit of optimal public health practices.

Meetings

Board of Health meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the downstairs classroom of the health district.

Please note that meetings are postponed to the fourth Monday when the meeting date falls on a holiday.
